Welcome to Pack 165!

Welcome to Pack 165's website.  This is where we keep our members up to date with all of our happenings.  We are always looking for members to join.

Our scouts have a lot of fun while camping, swimming, hiking, doing fundraisers and community service projects.  Scouting is a great way for your son to learn the value of citizenship, service, physical and mental fitness and leadership.   Our scouts consist of boys from Wellington and the surrounding communities.  Our meetings are held at Wellington Elementary School monthly.  Use the "Contact Us" link on the left hand side to find out more information about our pack and when our meetings are held.

2016-17 School Year planning

Posted on May 31 2015 - 11:50pm

Over the summer your esteemed leaders will be meeting to plan all the events we will do for the next school year (such as camping, service projects, etc).  If there is an event you would like the pack to participate in, feel free to come to this meeting to discuss it (meeting date TBA), or email either Christine or David and let us know what you would like to do.  Also, if there was a particular event/outing that we did that you would like to do again (anyone up for another round of swamp tromping?) or one that you disliked and would like to see us drop it, please let us know.  Everyone's input will help to make it an enjoyable year for all!!

New Leaders/Committee Members Needed

Posted on May 17 2015 - 12:27pm

We are still seeking people to help out with the following positions: Cub Master, Committee Chair, Treasurer, Charter Organization Rep, Advancement Chair.

Click on attachment for a brief description of these positions.  You will also see other possible positions for the pack if you are interested in something else.

We know people are concerned about how much time it would take to perform the duties of these positions, it really does not take as much time as you may think and the more people that come forward to help, then the less time is needed to put forth!

Please contact David Taylor or Christine Grant if you are interested.
